Enertia provides master planning and civil design services for the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport - Verve Innovation Park development. This is a 570-acre mixed-use development with significant commercial, office and employment components, located adjacent to the Rocky Mountain Metropolitan Airport in Jefferson County, Colorado.
As principal engineer, ENERTIA has prepared master reports, master grading and earthwork studies and designed onsite spine roadways, regional water distribution, wastewater and regional drainage infrastructure that supports large employment centers such as Fed Ex and other office, distribution, and light industrial developments.
