Since 2004, Enertia staff and management have performed the role of principal civil engineer and construction manager on the Palisade Park development project. Palisade Park is a 433-acre Planned Unit Development (PUD) with development including single and multi-family residential, commercial/retail, health care and light industrial.
As principal engineer, Enertia has designed and managed construction of all spine roadway, water, wastewater and drainage infrastructure.
Enertia also completed site specific civil design for the following developments within Palisade Park:
- Children’s Hospital
- National Archives and Record Administration (NARA)
- Mountain View Apartments
- Palisade Taylor Morrison
- Palisade Lennar Homes
- Brownstones by Chartered Homes
- Wendy’s.
