Enertia is the civil engineer on the Green Gables project in Jefferson County. This project involves the redevelopment of a 152-acre golf course and country club into a mixed-use development, offering a variety of single and multi-family housing types and commercial and retail space.

Enertia has completed master planning, entitlements and development plans for project infrastructure (roads, storm water, water distribution and wastewater collection) and specific engineering design plans for each phase of the residential and commercial development.

One of the signature features of the site, and an essential component of the Green Gables redevelopment project is the Sanderson Gulch. As part of its project responsibilities, ENERTIA realigned Sanderson Gulch, removing on-channel ponds and creating a regional detention facility to manage storm water quality and discharge. This project component required close coordination and collaboration with stakeholders including the City of Lakewood, Jefferson County, the US Army Corps of Engineers and FEMA.
