Enertia provides master planning and civil design services for the Colorado Springs Airport - Peak Innovation Park development. This is a 900-acre mixed-use development with significant commercial, office, and employment components, located adjacent to the Colorado Springs Airport and more specifically north and east of South Powers Boulevard and south of Milton Proby Parkway in Colorado Springs.
As principal engineer, Enertia has prepared master reports, master grading and earthwork studies and designed in excess of three miles of onsite roadway, water, wastewater, and drainage infrastructure that supports large employment centers such as two Amazon distribution centers, US Forest Service fire fighting hub, office, retail, and light industrial developments.
