Roadway Capital Improvement Plan Preparation
Enertia evaluated the physical condition of roughly 165 miles of paved road surface within Elbert County and helped determine how best to protect and maintain this County infrastructure investment. Using PAVER 7 software, Enertia classified each road according to its condition to help assist the DPW in determining the hierarchy of maintenance and repair from most critical to least critical. Maintenance and improvement strategies were also developed by Enertia based on the overall physical condition of each road, or segments of roads.
