During periods of inclement weather, several areas along a 4-mile segment of Kiowa-Bennett Road in northwest Elbert County were dangerous to drive and prone to accidents. In addition to these human health and safety issues, the cost of maintaining this gravel road was increasing significantly over time. Enertia designed and managed the construction of this roadway improvement project. Because the project involved public infrastructure, Enertia also participated in community outreach and information sessions during the construction phase of the project.
