Weld CR 2 Widening Project

Enertia was hired by the Town of Lochbuie to manage planned improvements to WCR 2 from the I-76 Interchange to Homestead Ave.  This 0.62 mile road rehabilitation and widening project included underground utility relocation removal of an existing 2-lane full depth asphalt paved road and replacing with a 4-lane composite road section with raised median and acceleration and deceleration lanes at intersections.  In addition, Enertia coordinated the dry utility sleeving installation for the new Lochbuie Center commercial and residential development located adjacent to and south of the roadway project.
