Construction Inspection
As County Engineer, Enertia has reviewed the civil design and inspected construction of the Limon 1 and Rush Creek 1 wind farms in eastern Elbert County. These facilities are comprised of wind turbines, above and underground transmission lines, electric substations and operations & maintenance facilities. Enertia reviewed the development plans and specifications and inspected installation of the facility components, erosion and sediment controls, and assessed impacts to county roads during construction.
