Vanguard Green Gables is a 300 unit multi-family community located on approximately 12 acres of the former Green Gables Golf Course. This multi-family community was constructed in 2015 and consists of five three-story structures and four two-story carriage buildings. The main three-story building of 118 living units has an enclosed central corridor with elevators and includes the community management office, leasing center and interior resident amenities. The building is ‘U’ shaped, forming a courtyard with a swimming pool and additional community amenities.
