Lennar Palisade Park, located north of State Highway 7 in Broomfield is a premier residential development consisting of two phases (east and west) that total 275 residential lots and 15 acres of active and passive open space. The east phase was designed in 2016 with construction starting in 2017. The west phase was designed in 2019 and is currently under construction.
