Rocky Mountain Rail Park is an industrial development serviced by rail in south Adams County. Enertia is the lead civil engineer on this 620 acre project and, as such, is tasked with site and infrastructure planning and design, and entitlements and permitting through both Adams County and the City of Aurora. Rocky Mountain Rail Park is designed as a self-sustaining, mixed use development that will enrich the economy of the greater Adams County and nearby Town of Bennett community. As the project develops over time, its goals of creating new jobs, rail access, and an ancillary resource to the Front Range Airport are fully expected to be realized.
