In 2010, Kuni Lexus began development of a first of its kind luxury automobile dealership and service center at Belleview Ave and Quebec St in Greenwood Village. Today, this Lexus dealership is one of the most successful in Colorado. The 6-acre redevelopment began with the demolition of an existing hotel and restaurant and lowering the site in a manner that would optimize the visual aesthetics of the showroom and display vehicles from Quebec Street. In additional to traditional auto dealership amenities, Lexus of Greenwood Village also offers a media room and day spa to its customers. Other unique features include a green roof and a 90,000 sf covered parking garage. Enertia completed the civil engineering design & supporting technical reports and managed the landscape architecture required for rezoning the land and permitting & constructing the infrastructure required to support this exceptional Lexus dealership.
