Hearthstone at Palisade Park, located north of State Highway 7 in Broomfield is a premier residential development consisting of 178 single family lots on 42 acres within the Palisade Park mixed-use development. The entitlement and design phase of the project was completed in 2017 and Taylor Morrison completed the three-phase buildout of this residential development in 2019.
